One-Jar Strawberry Jam

  • 8 c Strawberries
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1 Lemon Juiced


  • In a pot, bring all the ingredients to a boil.
  • Heat over a low simmer until the mixture thickens considerably, approximately 45 minutes.
  • Pour into a sterile jar and allow to cool on the counter.
  • Refrigerate for up to 1 month.
